harlow all...i juz complete my industrial attachment at general electric aviation service operation(GEASO) at loyang...it an american MNC and has good reputation...thou the company name is gd, working inside isnt that great oso...the stress, the pressure, the working attitute, the short turn time n etc...but working in MNC sure boost up your resume to a certain extent bahz...been there 22weeks of attachment and did some projects as well as alot shit work oso...i gain something after chatting with the human resources manager and hope to share some here since free and my ah dear working...frankly speaking, a HR manager how they select application for interviews is purely based on the certificate you obtained...the better ur grades, the higher is ur chances...it is especially true if u are applying for some potential managerial programs that will land u a managerial posts upon completion and with some years of experiences. For those hot post or sponsership, your grades is super important. If you do not even meet their minimum requirement, they will not even called you up for interview. This mean u will nv stand a chances for those post...wat a company look for when receiving the application is the cert i guess...they do not know the applicatants personnally so they will judge who to get interviewed is their grades on their certificates...another area they looked at is the activities you participated bahz...those CCA you joined, is there any leadership needed in the activities...guess i had non of those mention above....sianz so i gota work hard in the remaining sem and try to push up my honours class...To those still studying, hope you can understand the situation now and do not study for the sake of studying..you are studying for your own future and career...
after toking those serious stuff above, i shall crap some unimportant stuff..working in the company, i mostly deals with those operators that are physically doing the repairs...on my last day in company, those aunties pool money and buy me a watch as a gift...haha so surprise that they did so much for me...i nv buy them expensive stuff other than some chocolates( cos there are 30+ of them) and i helped them abit during the 22 weeks attachment...i just purely help them doing minor things that is insignificant but they repay me so much...below is the picture of the watch they bought...the price is not important but the sincerity and thoughts that count...

halo today finally got time to go change blogskin...cos i now holiday and waiting for sch to start.hehe just ended my industrial attachment last week..finally after 5.5months of work,i finally got holiday to rest till song...dunno if ah dear will like the skin anot..if she dun, then i change again to wat she like lo...dear been busy working past few weeks and this week, but she will end her work by this fri or sun liao...then she will slack all her holiday to go out and enjoy with her pay she earned...hahaha...after all the hardship at working, she deserved to enjoy la... last sun i go simlim help dear buy her psp(see the picture below)...it cost a total of S$439. it included a 4GB memory stick, and those accessories needed bahz...it is quite expensive thou...but no choice buy le so regret oso useless.it comes with 12 games inside the memory stick...the grahpic is not bad la,else sure nobody will buy mah...think ah dear will get addicted to the psp after she got it...currently the psp is with me!!!so i can try out the game else once she get hold of it, think dunno how long then i can get a chances to play liao...lol...just kidding dear dun scold me...she will keep play psp and not so much of maple le bahz...

Yoz all...sianz that dear going to continue work for another 2 weeks more...her final and confirmed last day is 15 dec...let all await for the day to come.haha she must work 12 days with 1 day off onli...poor thing sia...so sad cant help her share the burden and tireness gained from working...her hands hor...haiz no words can describe...must see le then know...then she today her hands kana burnt...poor girl...dear jiayou jiayou...i support u and pei u when u free...xing ku ni le...i be there when u nid me...muackz.
